ANY QUESTIONS ?

Packaging & Plastic


We are always looking for the most sustainable ways of packing our products and have therefore cut out the use of plastic.

What we are using in our packing materials are:

  • Recycled boxes
  • Wrapping tissue paper instead of plastic wrapping around our mats.
  • Natural paper labels on the mats instead of bleached paper with plastic coating.
  • Compostable Paper tape instead of ordinairy tape. You don't have to remove the tape if you choose to compost your packaging!


Refunds and Returns


  • Unfortunately, Aylin Eriten cannot exchange or refund any physical products due to hygiene reasons, according to our terms and conditions.
  • Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.


Faulty Products


We will happily look into offering a resolution if the product you have received would be defective or has a fault.
Please contact us and state with following information:

  • Full description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence attached


I haven't received my order


Once your order is placed, we will be packing and sending the parcel within 2 working days. Please note that the given delivery dates are approximate and can vary depending on the weather, accidents and other circumstances. 

  • If you haven't received your order please send us an email.
  • If you haven't received any confirmation on your order, contact us to follow up.
  • If you have stated the wrong address, Aylin Eriten will not account for the cost of the shipping bill or a new mat since you are confirming your stated information at the checkout. In this case you will have to place a new order.


Customs duty and Tariff

  • Customs duty/Tariff costs and customs clearance can result in delivery delays and extra charges, these are out of our control and we take no responsibility for any delays or charges.
